Birthday Parties

Celebrate your Birthday at Spark of Creation Studio!

SOC Studio offers birthday parties for children of all ages. Our Birthday party package includes dance instruction, a party room with tables and chairs. You can bring in your own food, cake and décor or we can recommend vendors for you to work with. We can customize your birthday party theme to suit your needs. Feel free to share your ideas with us, or choose from one of our party options below:

SOC Dance Birthday Party: $350

  • 45 – min instructor led dance class
  • Choice of your birthday theme & dance style (Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Hula)
  • 45 – min studio party time after class for cake & refreshments with tables, chairs, & basic table set up provided (plates, napkins, utensils & tablecloth)
  • For up to 12 guests (including birthday child)
  • Up to 8 additional children at $15 per additional guest
  • 1 hour 30 min total party time

SOC STUDIO Birthday Party FAQ’S

We host parties on Saturdays from 2:30-4:00pm & 4:30-6:00pm. SOC Studio does not host parties on days we are closed or on holidays.

Yes, you can bring your own food, cake, and decorations for your party. SOC Studio will provide tables, chairs, plates, napkins, forks and basic tablecloths for each party set up.

Yes. Once your party is booked and confirmed, we will send you an invitation you can download and print to send to your guests.

Yes. You can set up 30-min prior to the start of your party.

Our staff will take care of basic set up of tables and chairs for your party and take care of clean up at the end of your event.

Disclaimer:

I have read, understood and agree to the birthday party terms and conditions of use and that I am over the age of 18. I understand that my party booking is not confirmed until Spark of Creation Studio has provided email confirmation. I understand that this package includes 1.5hrs for each party, including 45 minutes of class instruction and 45 mins for cake and or food & photo time for group. I give permission for Spark of Creation Studio to use photos and video footage from the party for promotional purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All party bookings include up to 12 guests. Charges will still apply for the minimum if the numbers fall below 12
• A maximum of 20 guests.
• All party guests must sign an SOC Studio waiver before participating in SOC led classes.
• Parties are conducted on Saturdays.
• Final numbers must be received no later than 7 days prior to your confirmed party date. Changes to the final numbers may be permitted within the 7days, however, this will be subject to available staff
• Payment in full must be received at the time of confirming party number
• Birthday parties are confirmed once the deposit and booking form have been submitted and confirmed by an SOC Studio Team member via email. Deposits are non-refundable and no refunds are given.
• Appropriate Supervision is provided for the duration of your party
• A party room is provided for the duration of your 1.5 hour party time.
• In the event of an evacuation, staff will follow SOC Studio’s evacuation procedure and accompany all birthday party guests to the designated meeting point. Please be advised you are required to follow the direction of staff at all times.
• All guests under the age of 6 must be accompanied at all times by the attending adults. This includes moving through the activities with the party hosts. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your child’s birthday party.
• Birthday party hosts parents must stay with the party for the duration of the party
• All birthday party guests must abide by the Spark of Creation Studio’s terms and conditions of entry. Failure to comply may result in the cancelling of your child’s birthday party and the removal from Spark of Creation Studio.

Please submit completed form to confirm your party booking. Please note: a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of submitting your booking form.
